Founded in Boston, MA in 2016 by Veterans and health technology experts, Minuteman Technology Services (MTS) is a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) focused on improving Veterans healthcare through innovation and technology. Our work spans across VA mission areas including Access to Care, Patient Experience, and Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.
OUR TEAM
Tim Keeney, MBA
President and CEO
Tim founded Minuteman Technology Services in 2016 with the purpose of leveraging commercial technology solutions to deliver better care to our nation’s veterans through VA hospitals. He brings 18 years of leadership and strategic planning experience from the military, commercial, and DoD contracting world. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and served on SEAL Teams 4 and 2 where he was deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq in support of OEF/OIF.
Will Locke, MBA
SVP, Program Management
Will joined MTS with the goal of marrying the needs of the VA care system with relevant technologies and companies that could improve access to care, increase efficiency of care delivery, and decrease the burden on VA care providers. He brings 20 years of experience in both state and international government and in healthcare technology. 10 of those years were spent in self-service healthcare technology including 6 years with the VetLink kiosk program. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Eileen Peng, PMP, MBA
SVP, Implementation and Delivery
Eileen joined MTS after seeing firsthand how successful implementation and training with commercially available technology solutions could improve the quality of care at VA facilities throughout the country. She brings 10 years of experience in integration and implementation of leading edge healthcare technologies. 6 of those years she worked on VetLink kiosk implementation. She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Masters in Engineering from MIT.
